Please send everything at once, IN ONE EMAIL to ensure it is all together. If I have to sift through multiple emails to find everything, it’s possible that things can be overlooked.
Custom Templates:
Each custom template is quoted on what will be involved in creating it. Custom templates begin at 65.00 but most usually run between 75.00 and 100.00
Deposit of 15.00 toward the quoted price. Please see the “Deposit and Refund Policy” below
Photos

I will also need to know what colors, style, theme, # of pics, and # of buttons – This is important for the quote
Once I have all of the above, I will ask for the balance to be paid in full.
Please send everything at once, IN ONE EMAIL to ensure it is all together. If I have to sift through multiple emails to find everything, it takes a lot of time that can be spent working on your template and it’s possible that things can be overlooked or lost causing you to have to resend it and delaying your template even longer.
If you delay in getting everything to me, and I cannot begin your template on the day it was scheduled, I will move on to the next client and we will have to reschedule yours. Also, please don’t purchase a template and then wait weeks or months to get things to me.

Reserving a pre-made template:
I will reserve a pre-made template for 3 days. After that, it will go back for sale. If you are absolutely sure that you want it, you may purchase it and it will be yours.

Pre-made templates:
No Refunds on pre-made templates
If you are not sure if you want it, please do not pay in advance as there are NO refunds given.
If I complete the pre-made template you chose and you want to switch to a different pre-made template you will be charged as if you purchased both templates. Again, both templates will be yours to keep since they were completed and paid for.
If I have not yet begun working on it and you wish to switch to a different template that can be arranged. There will be an additional fee if the new template costs more than the one you originally purchased. There will be no partial refund if you switch to a less expensive template.
It usually takes no more than 24 hrs. from start to finish on a pre-made template provided you have given me everything that I need. Once I have everything for it I will do it.
Custom templates:
NO Refunds on custom templates
If you pay for a template in advance chances are, I have already started putting together ideas for it. If you are not sure that you want it, do not pay in advance.
If I complete your custom template and you decide you want something completely different than what we originally discussed, you will be charged for a new project. Both templates will be yours to keep since they were completed and paid for.
I will work diligently with you to make sure you are happy with your design.
Your quote is based on what we discussed for your template. If you send more photos and more buttons to be added there will be an additional fee for that. This also includes wanting a more intricate design than what was originally discussed. You will receive an additional invoice for the upgrade.
If you want a different custom design for each of your listing categories, depending on what is involved we can discuss payment options as a discount may be applied.

The only time a full refund is offered is if I am not able to complete your design for personal reasons on my end.
Sales, Discounts, and Special Pricing:
Sometimes I will run a sale or special, offer a discount or a special price. This is done so at my discretion. If I gave you a special price or discount on a previous project, it does not mean that all future projects will get the same deal. Thank you for understanding.
Upon Completion: (Revised 3/3/2004)
Before I start your template, I will make sure that everything you send is absolutely what you want, but I do understand that sometimes things don’t look as you envisioned so I offer some minor, free edits.
For Pre-Made Templates, I offer one free edit, within 3 days of completion, for minor changes you might want, like changing out a photo, button placement, a minor text change, etc.
For Budget Templates, I offer one free edit, within 3 days of completion, this includes a text change or a photo change. Everything else is as-is on Budget Templates.
I offer free edits on Custom Templates within 3 days of completion for any minor changes you might want, like photos, wording, etc. Major template changes will be an additional fee depending on what Is involved. Again, please be specific on what you want for a custom design before I begin.
There will be additional fees on all major template changes. This includes template colors and design, Full photo changes, Adding additional photos and/or buttons, Changing the entire copy/text from what you originally wanted, and other stuff not listed here. The 3-day policy does not apply in this case.
All mistakes or issues done on my end will be corrected for free.
Once the template is finished, and all edits are made, I will send you copies of the completed files, the coding, and detailed instructions on how to insert it into your listings. It is easy, just a matter of “Copy and Paste.”
Please note that I will only send copies of the completed files that I made to put your design together. I will never release the actual design files.
I will keep the design files for one year for any future edits. If you like to edit often, please let me know, and I will not delete your design files
If you want a copy of the same template where maybe the photos are different, different text, different buttons, etc. I can provide that for an additional fee. The fees begin at 6.00 and up depending on what is involved.
Photo policy:
To use photos of a model, you must have a model release form and a copy of a legal ID of that model. If you need LEGAL pics to use, I can provide you a list of sites that you can purchase from LEGALLY.
Some places do not want their photos used on adult sites, of any kind. You must read and understand the T.O.S. on those sites BEFORE you purchase the photos.
It is NOT my responsibility to make sure that you have the right to use the photos when I create your design and I will not be held liable for any issues that you may have from using unauthorized photos.
Going to Snapchat, Facebook, Instagram, or anyplace else on the web and downloading photos that you have no legal right to use is ILLEGAL, and you CAN be sued by the person who owns those photos.
Think about it, what if someone went to your social media account or website and stole your photos to use on phone sex or porn site You would be pretty pissed off!

Violations of Niteflirts TOS:
I will edit photos when I do your template to make them Niteflirt compliant but it is YOUR responsibility to know what sort of other content is allowed or not allowed on your Niteflirt listings. IF I happen to see something in your text or on your photos (that I cannot edit out) that does not comply, I will email you and let you know how you want to proceed.
IF you tell me to use the content, wording, or other after I warned you, and Niteflirt suspends your listings because of it. I WILL NOT go back in and edit it for free. The fee to fix it will be a minimum of $15.00 possibly more depending on what is involved.
I will fix for free any photo that I edited and Niteflirt thinks it’s not edited enough. That happens sometimes so I will fix it until they are satisfied.
