To Begin Your Template:
What I will ask you for to begin a template:
Pre-made:
Payment in full
Photos
Text – I do not write this
Flirt Name and a tagline if you have one
Button links to all the buttons you want on the template
Please send everything at once, IN ONE EMAIL to ensure it is all together. If I have to sift through multiple emails to find everything, it’s possible that things can be overlooked.
Custom Templates:
Each custom template is quoted on what will be involved in creating it.
Text – I do not write this
Flirt Name and a tagline if you have one
Button links to all the buttons you want on the template.
I will also need to know what colors, style, theme, # of pics, and # of buttons – This is important for the quote
Once I have all of the above, I will give you a quote and request payment.
Please send everything IN ONE EMAIL to ensure it is all together. If I have to sift through multiple emails to find everything, it takes a lot of time that can be spent working on your template and it’s possible that things can be overlooked or lost, causing you to have to resend it and delaying your template even longer.
If you delay in providing everything to me, and I am unable to begin your template on the scheduled day, I will proceed with the next client, and we will need to reschedule yours. Also, please don’t purchase a template and wait months to get things to me. Due to this happening often, beginning 8/23/24, all templates purchased on or after that date have 30 days to get your info to me to complete it or there will be an additional fee of 5.00 per month that you delay.

Reserving a pre-made template:
I will reserve a pre-made template for 3 days. After that, it will go back for sale. If you are sure that you want it, you may purchase it, and it will be yours.

Pre-made templates:
No Refunds on pre-made templates
If you are not sure if you want it, please do not pay in advance as there are NO refunds given.
If I complete the pre-made template you chose, and you want to switch to a different pre-made template, you will be charged as if you purchased both templates. Again, both templates will be yours to keep since they were completed and paid for.
If I have not yet begun working on it, and you wish to switch to a different template, that can be arranged. There will be an additional fee if the new template costs more than the one you originally purchased. There will be no partial refund if you switch to a less expensive template.
It usually takes no more than 24 hrs. from start to finish on a pre-made template, provided you have given me everything that I need. Once I have everything for it, I will do it.
Custom templates:
NO Refunds on custom templates
When you send the payment for a custom template, chances are, I have already started working and putting together ideas for it. If you are not sure, do not pay until you are.
If I complete your custom template and you decide you want something completely different than what we originally discussed, you will be charged for a new project. Both templates will be yours to keep since they were completed and paid for.
I will work diligently with you to make sure you are happy with your design within reason.
Your quote is based on what we originally discussed for your template. If you send more photos and more buttons to be added, there will be additional fees for that.

The only time a full refund is offered is if I am not able to complete your design for personal reasons on my end.
Sales, Discounts, and Special Pricing:
Sometimes, I will run a sale on my templates. Any sale or discount is solely done at my discretion.
Upon Completion: (Revised 3/3/2004)
Before I start your template, I will make sure that everything you send is absolutely what you want, but I do understand that sometimes things don’t look as you envisioned so I offer some minor, free edits.
For Pre-Made Templates, I offer one free edit, within 3 days of completion, for minor changes you might want, like changing out a photo, button placement, a minor text change, etc.
For Budget Templates, I offer one free edit, within 3 days of completion, which includes a text change or a photo change. Everything else is as-is on Budget Templates.
I offer free edits on Custom Templates within 3 days of completion for any minor changes you might want, like photos, wording, etc. Major template changes will be an additional fee depending on what Is involved. Again, please be specific on what you want for a custom design before I begin.
There will be additional fees for all major template changes. This includes template colors and design, Full photo changes, adding additional photos and/or buttons, changing the entire copy/text from what you originally wanted, and other stuff not listed here. The 3-day policy does not apply in this case.
All mistakes or issues made on my end will be corrected free of charge.
Once the template is completed and all edits are made, I will send you copies of the completed files, the coding, and detailed instructions on how to insert it into your listings. It is easy, just a matter of “Copy and Paste.”
Please note that I will only send copies of the completed files that I made to put your design together. I will never release the actual design files.
I will keep the design files for one year for any future edits. If you like to edit often, please let me know, and I will not delete your design files
PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT NITEFLIRT HAS CHANGED THE WAY THEIR SITE WORKS SEVERAL TIMES. I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR CHANGES. IF YOUR TEMPLATE LOOKS GREAT UPON COMPLETION AND NITEFLIRT RE-CODES THEIR SITE AND MESSES IT UP, IT IS UP TO MY DISCRETION TO CHARGE A FEE OR FIX IT FOR FREE.
Photo policy:
If you need LEGAL pics to use, I can provide you with a list of sites that you can purchase from LEGALLY.
It is NOT my responsibility to make sure that you have the right to use the photos when I create your design and I will not be held liable for any issues that you may have from using unauthorized photos.
Going to Snapchat, Facebook, Instagram, or anyplace else on the web and downloading photos that you have no legal right to use is ILLEGAL, and you CAN be sued by the person who owns those photos.
Some places do not want their photos used on adult sites, of any kind. You must read and understand the T.O.S. on those sites BEFORE you purchase the photos.
Think about it, what if someone went to your social media account or website and stole your photos to use on a phone sex or porn site? You would be pretty pissed off!

Violations of Niteflirts TOS:
I will edit your photos on the template to make them Niteflirt compliant, but it is YOUR responsibility to know what type of other content is allowed or not allowed on your Niteflirt listings. IF I happen to see something in your text or on your photos (that I cannot edit out) that does not comply, I will email you and let you know how you want to proceed.
IF you tell me to use the content, wording, or other after I warned you, and Niteflirt suspends your listings because of it. I WILL NOT go back in and edit it for free. The fee to fix it will be a minimum of $15.00 possibly more depending on what is involved.
I will fix for free any photo that I edited and Niteflirt thinks is not edited enough. That happens sometimes, so I will fix it until they are satisfied.
